Helping men navigate stress, emotion and life direction
Many men feel like they have to handle everything on their own. Whether it’s stress, anger, pressure to perform, or feeling stuck, it’s not always easy to talk about what’s really going on. Some don’t know where to start, others feel like therapy isn’t “for them,” or worry they’ll be judged or misunderstood.
I offer a structured, straightforward, and respectful approach to therapy. My goal is to create a space where men can speak openly, without pressure, and actually make sense of what they’re going through. Together, we focus on understanding patterns, building practical tools, and working through challenges in a way that feels clear and grounded.
Clients leave with a better understanding of themselves, more control over their emotions and reactions, and concrete strategies they can use in real life. The goal is not just to talk, but to move forward with clarity, confidence, and direction.

More than just my work:
I believe that growth doesn’t come from having all the answers, but from being willing to face what’s difficult and work through it step by step. Outside of my work, I value structure, discipline, and continuous learning — principles I also bring into the therapeutic process.
