Finding Safety, Meaning, and Connection Through the Healing Process
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming — especially if you’ve been carrying a lot for a long time. You may feel unsure where to begin, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or uncertain whether therapy will truly help. These feelings are common, and you don’t have to navigate them alone.
I offer a compassionate, collaborative, and individualized approach to therapy, creating a space where you can slow down, reflect, and explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you. My work is grounded in building a strong therapeutic relationship — one rooted in trust, empathy, and emotional safety. Together, we work to make sense of what you’ve lived, strengthen your inner resources, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
I believe therapy is not just about coping, but about understanding, healing, and reconnecting — with yourself and with others.
Experience
My professional journey began in community-based settings, where I supported individuals in accessing essential services and navigating complex life challenges. This work led me into the mental health field, supporting youth and families and helping people identify their strengths while developing tools to improve their emotional well-being.
I later worked extensively with women who are survivors of sexual violence — a deeply formative experience that continues to shape my therapeutic approach. This work strengthened my commitment to trauma-informed, respectful, and empowering care, and deepened my understanding of how trauma impacts relationships, identity, and emotional regulation.
Throughout my career, I have continued to learn from every client, colleague, student, and collaborator I’ve worked with. These experiences inform my integrative approach, which blends evidence-based practices with creativity, relational depth, and emotional attunement. My goal is to walk alongside you with care and intention as you move toward healing and personal growth.

More Than Just My Work
What inspires me most is walking alongside people as they shape lives that feel more authentic, connected, and aligned with who they truly are. I believe in honoring each person’s unique story, celebrating strengths, and creating space for reflection, growth, and healing.
Outside of therapy, I value community, continuous learning, and finding meaning in everyday moments. I look forward to meeting you, hearing your story, and supporting you as you move toward the life you want to build.
