You don’t have to figure this out alone
If you or your child are neurodivergent, or navigating the possibility of being neurodivergent, you may feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure of what to do next. You might be dealing with emotional intensity, burnout, communication challenges, or the sense that what you’ve tried so far just hasn’t worked.
It can be hard to put your experience into words, or to find support that truly understands how you think, feel, and move through the world.
I offer a collaborative, holistic, and strength-based approach grounded in a deep understanding of neurodivergence. With an Advanced Autism Certification and training in AUDIS (Autisme, Déficience intellectuelle et Suicide), I support children, adolescents, adults, and families in a way that respects their unique experience.
Together, we take the time to understand what’s going on for you — emotionally, relationally, and in your environment — and build strategies that actually fit your reality.
My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered, while working toward:
- better emotional regulation
- less overwhelm and burnout
- stronger communication and relationships
- greater clarity and self-understanding
So you can move through your daily life with more confidence and stability.
