Our team
At Bien-être counselling, our team of compassionate therapists specializes in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and relationship challenges. We offer both individual and couples therapy, providing a supportive environment for emotional healing and growth. Our therapists are trained in a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based modalities.
Question about Trauma Therapy
Not at all. Many men come to therapy because they feel stuck, stressed, or unsure about what to do next. You don’t need to be in a crisis to benefit from having a space to think things through.
That’s completely okay. You don’t need to have the “right words” or be comfortable opening up right away. We go at your pace and focus on what feels useful for you.
