Supporting you with clarity, structure, and compassion — one step at a time.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming. Many people worry about saying the “right” thing, making mistakes, or not knowing where to begin. When life already feels heavy, even reaching out for support can feel like a big step.
I offer a collaborative, structured, and compassionate approach to therapy. I believe in working at a pace that feels safe and manageable, while also providing clear guidance and evidence-based tools to help you better understand your experiences and move forward with confidence.
I place strong value on building a solid therapeutic foundation so you feel supported, informed, and grounded throughout the process. My goal is to create a calm, welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. Together, we work toward clarity, self-understanding, and meaningful change — one step at a time.
My Background & Approach
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I practice under close clinical supervision at Bien-Être Counselling.
Before entering the mental health field, I worked extensively in client-facing and administrative roles within complex systems, supporting individuals navigating high-stress and emotionally charged life transitions. This experience shaped my ability to remain grounded, organized, and compassionate when people feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or vulnerable.
Through my academic and clinical training, I have developed a strong foundation in assessment, case conceptualization, treatment planning, and ethical practice. I value clarity, structure, and evidence-based approaches, while remaining responsive to each client’s unique needs. I am committed to reflective practice and ongoing learning.

More Than My Work
I find a sense of calm in structure, learning, and meaningful conversation. Having clear foundations helps me stay grounded and present — both in my work and in my life.
I enjoy organizing information and creating tools that help make complex experiences feel more manageable, whether that’s through psychoeducation, practical resources, or thoughtful reflection.
