Registered Psychotherapist

Meet Kelley – Registered Psychotherapist
If you’re reading this, chances are you don’t want to keep feeling the way you do—stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted, angry, or unsure of what comes next. In today’s fast-paced and often chaotic world, having someone to talk to—can make all the difference.
I offer humanistic, whole-person therapy—an approach that values you as a whole being, not just a set of symptoms. In our work together, we’ll explore your current stressors, reflect on how past experiences may be impacting your present, and develop practical tools for managing emotions, setting boundaries, and improving communication. I’m a good listener—empathetic, curious, and grounded. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, grief, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to help you navigate this chapter of your life with more clarity and confidence.

More about me
I’ve always been drawn to creative expression—whether through music, art, or writing. I believe creativity can be both therapeutic and deeply spiritual. This belief has inspired much of my work, including the publication of two books:Creativity, Spirituality and Mental Health: Exploring Connections(Routledge, 2009) and my memoir,Who Am I Now? Reflections on Spirituality and Grief(Santos Books, 2025).
My writing explores themes of healing, grief, identity, and the search for meaning, blending professional knowledge with personal reflection. Just like in my clinical work, my creative practice is rooted in compassion and a belief in the human capacity for resilience, growth, and transformation—even in the face of struggle.
