Individuals, couples, and trauma survivors managing anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges.

A Grounded Space for Healing, Growth, and Deeper Connection

Life’s challenges can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, or relationship struggles, these experiences can feel isolating and heavy — especially when you’ve been carrying them for a long time.

I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can slow down, feel supported, and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing. Together, we explore what’s beneath the surface, identify strengths and patterns, and develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected — both within yourself and in your relationships.

My goal is not to “fix” you, but to support you in building resilience, emotional clarity, and healthier ways of relating to yourself and others, at a pace that feels safe and meaningful.

Experience

I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Social Work, and the Founder and Clinic Director of Bien-Être Counselling. I specialize in working with adults and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and relationship difficulties.

My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and deeply relational. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

I believe that meaningful change happens when insight is paired with compassion, structure, and safety. My work focuses on both immediate relief and long-term healing, helping clients deepen self-awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, and create more secure and fulfilling relationships.

More Than Just My Work

I find grounding and inspiration through reading and writing — spaces where reflection, meaning-making, and creativity can unfold. These practices deeply influence my clinical work, where I support clients in understanding their inner narratives and gently reshaping them with more clarity, compassion, and agency.

I believe healing is not about becoming someone new, but about reconnecting with who you already are beneath the layers of survival, stress, and expectation.
